Freedom To Invest in Tomorrow's Workforce Act (H.R. 1477): Expands Americans’ access to resources to pay for post-secondary credentialing and licensing programs, which will help more Americans obtain and retain good-paying jobs.

PROPEL Act (H.R. 221): Expands access to career and technical education by opening up Pell Grants for short-term vocational or technical training, apprenticeships, or on-job training.

Stay on Schedule (S.O.S.) Resolution (H.Res. 13): Requires the House to pass all 12 government funding bills by July 31 before adjourning for August recess.

Inaction Has Consequences Act (H.R. 224): Withholds salaries of Members of Congress until Congress passes all 12 government funding bills.

No Budget, No Pay Act (H.R. 225): Withholds Member pay if a budget isn’t passed by April 15. This bill would serve as an enforcement measure to hold members of Congress accountable for failing to do their job on time.

21st Century American Atomic Energy Age Act (H.R. 3553): Modernizes regulations, promotes innovation, and prioritizes domestic control over the nuclear supply chain to revitalize the nuclear energy sector in the United States.

No Oil for CCP Act (H.R. 222): Prohibits the president from selling U.S. oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to China and Chinese Communist Party-controlled entities.

Empowering Electric Grid Reliability Act (H.R. 5067): Directs the Department of Energy to establish a task force to study and report on essential Electrical Grid components.

Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act (H.R. 615): Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture from banning the use of lead ammunition or tackle on federal lands and waters unless such regulation is consistent with state law and supported by science.

Chesapeake Bay Program Reauthorization Act (H.R. 7558): Reauthorizes the Chesapeake Bay Program, which is a regional partnership that has led and directed the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay.

America’s Conservation Enhancement Reauthorization Act (H.R. 8811): Enhances the preservation of America’s natural resources, wildlife, and habitats.

Chesapeake Bay Conservation Acceleration Act (H.R. 5133): Focuses federal resources on the approximately 83,000 farms in the Chesapeake Bay watershed to boost voluntary conservation efforts that help achieve water quality goals, increase soil health, and provide economic benefits.

SHARKED Act (H.R. 4051): Establishes a task force to work with fisheries management groups to address the problems posed by increased shark depredation and identify research and funding opportunities for improving the current conditions of shark depredation.

Commercial Fishing and Seafood Business Act of 2023 (H.R. 614): Exempts H-2B visa workers from the annual cap if issued for employment on a commercial fishing vessel or in the processing of fish, baitfish, or fishery products.

Veterans Collaboration Act (H.R. 226): Establishes a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) pilot program to foster collaboration between qualified non-profit veterans service organizations (VSOs) and educational institutions to assist veterans in filing disability compensation claims and appeals, and to provide veterans access to pro bono legal assistance.

Be Ready to Assist Veterans in Extremis (BRAVE) Act (H.R. 492): Creates a notification system to alert veterans of counseling and mental health options in response to crises.

Veterans Choice Accountability Act (H.R. 2543): Expands veterans’ access to non-VA medical care and establishes a review of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ implementation of the Veterans Choice Program.

Veterans Affairs Transfer of Information and Sharing of Disparity Examination Procedures With DOD Doctors Act (H.R. 228): Establishes a joint U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) system to share data and maintain the medical and personnel records of Armed Forces members and veterans and requires examinations be conducted by a VA-certified health care provider.

Federal Employee Combat Zone Tax Parity Act (H.R. 227): Provides parity to federal employees currently serving in combat zones by extending to them the same tax credit available to members of the Armed Forces service in combat zones.

World Deserves To Know Act (H.R. 229): Sanctions certain members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) who are knowingly responsible for the disappearances of whistleblowers and citizen journalists in China relating to COVID-19 or limiting free speech and academic freedom in China relating to COVID-19.

Independent and Objective Oversight of Ukrainian Assistance Act (H.R. 855; included in FY24 National Defense Authorization Act): Ensures that any funding sent to Ukraine for military, economic, and humanitarian aid receives independent and objective oversight and audits.

To establish a Joint Autonomy Office in the Department of Defense, and for other purposes (H.R. 3168; partially included in FY24 National Defense Authorization Act) to accelerate the development and delivery of autonomy technology and programs for United States military operations.

To establish the Office of Strategic Capital in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (H.R. 4952; included in FY24 National Defense Authorization Act) to help build an enduring technological advantage by partnering with private capital providers.

Strategic Ports Reporting Act (H.R. 9235): Directs the Secretary of Defense to conduct a study and submit to congress on Strategic Ports.

Adoption Information Act (H.R. 223): Requires federally funded family planning programs to provide information pertaining to adoption centers in each state.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of March 27 through March 31, 2023, as "National Small Business Workplace Solutions Week" (H. Res. 255): Designates National Small Business Workplace Solutions Week in recognition of services provided by the workplace solutions industry.

Expressing the sense of Congress that public health professionals should be commended for their dedication and service to the United State on Public Health Thank You Day, November 20, 2023 (H.Con.Res. 78): Expresses the thanks of Congress to public health professionals on Public Health Thank You Day.

Organ Donation Referral Improvement Act (H.R.9939): Will study the implementation of automated software tools to improve and expedite the organ donation referral process, allowing hospital staff to focus on patient care, minimize the risk of human error, and increase the number of organs available for transplant.

Public Health Thank You Day Resolution (H.Res. 133): Expresses the sense of Congress that public health professionals are to be commended and thanked on Public Health Thank You Day for their important contributions to the nation.

Earth Sciences and Cooperation Enhancement Act (H.R. 10377): Allows the Secretary of the Interior to enter into Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with foreign governments to facilitate collaboration on earth sciences and critical mineral supply chains.

Amendment to the Export Reform Control Act (H.R. 10376): Amends the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to implement export controls on black mass (recycled lithium-ion battery material) and swarf (magnet manufacturing byproducts) to prevent exploitation by foreign adversaries, particularly the People’s Republic of China (PRC), strengthening domestic critical mineral supply chains.

Securing Essential and Critical U.S. Resources and Elements (SECURE) Minerals Act (H.R. 10378): Establishes a critical mineral Resilient Resource Reserve to insulate U.S. producers from price volatility and PRC weaponization of its dominance in critical mineral supply chains.
