WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) announced Victoria Ji, a homeschooled student from Glen Allen, as the winner of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition for Virginia’s First District. Victoria studies art under Mrs. Nancy Jacey of The Jacey Gallery in Henrico County. The winning art piece of Congressman Wittman’s 2025 Congressional Art Competition is titled “July” by Victoria Ji of Glen Allen. "I am delighted to announce Victoria Ji as the winner of this year’s Congressional Art Competition," said Congressman Wittman. “Victoria’s painting, July, was selected for its peaceful depiction of a solitary figure walking through grass beneath bright clouds. I was truly blown away by the artistic skill displayed by Victoria, and I look forward to seeing her outstanding painting proudly hung in the U.S. Capitol. I also want to thank every student from Virginia’s First District who submitted their artwork in this year’s competition." In addition to having her artwork showcased in the U.S. Capitol alongside winning pieces from across the country, Congressman Wittman looks forward to congratulating her in-person and celebrating her achievement.
