WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) announced that he received the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Guardian of Small Business Award for the 117th Congress. According to their website, the NFIB’s Guardian of Small Business Award is reserved for legislators who vote consistently with small businesses on key issues identified by small business owners. 

“America’s small businesses are the backbone of our nation,” said Congressman Wittman. “They employ our neighbors, support our local economies, and incentivize innovation and competition. I am honored to have received the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Guardian of Small Business Award for my work in supporting small businesses throughout the 117th Congress.
