POLL: Supreme Court Permits the Repeal of the “Remain in Mexico” Policy

This morning, the Supreme Court ruled that President Biden can repeal the “Remain in Mexico” policy – a President Trump border policy that authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to hold asylum seekers in Mexico as they await their U.S. asylum hearing. 

This decision by the Supreme Court is shocking as the U.S. experiences a historic border crisis. According to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, our southern border had 239,416 illegal crossings in May, making it the 15th straight month of border encounters over 150,000. 

I have spoken out strongly in favor of the “Remain in Mexico” policy, and believe that we must have immigration policies that put America first, but I want to hear your thoughts on this important issue. Click below to take this survey.
