POLL: Should President Biden Extend Title 42?

We are in the midst of a historic border crisis. According to new U.S. Customs and Border Protection data, there were 221,303 migrant encounters at the southern border in March – a 542% increase from 2020. Despite these staggering numbers, President Biden plans to renounce Title 42 – a key policy in deterring migrants from attempting to illegally cross the U.S. southern border during the pandemic – on May 23, 2022.

We are a nation of laws and must continue to keep America safe, and that includes having a secure southern border.
