WASHINGTON – Today, Virginia announced that almost $3 million in grants would be awarded to Virginia's First District through the Virginia Telecommunication Initiative (VaTI). The First District counties include: Stafford County and King and Queen County.

WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Business-Cooperative Service Administrator Bette Brand announced USDA has invested $48 million in high speed broadband infrastructure for more than 22,600 rural households in Virginia – including King and Queen County. This is one of many funding announcements in the first round of USDA's ReConnect Pilot Program investments.

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Wittman voted in favor of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act to advance the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) – a replacement for the North American Free Trade Agreement. Ratifying the USMCA has been a major priority of both Congressional Republicans and President Trump in 2019.
