WASHINGTON – Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) released this statement following the Senate acquittal of President Donald Trump on both articles of impeachment:
"Unhappy with the results of the 2016 election, Democrats have been working since before the election to build a case for impeachment against President Trump. This partisan impeachment process has finally come to an end, and it is clear – neither the Senate nor the American people believe there was adequate evidence to remove the president from office.

WASHINGTON – Today, Virginia announced that almost $3 million in grants would be awarded to Virginia's First District through the Virginia Telecommunication Initiative (VaTI). The First District counties include: Stafford County and King and Queen County.
