Rob Wittman column: We must unleash American energy independence
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01), Ranking Member on the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee, and Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02), Chairman on the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee, introduced legislation establishing that the combat forces of the Navy shall not include less than 31 operational amphibious battle force ships.

Ashland, VA – On April 20, 2022, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) visited The Goddard School of Ashland, an early childhood education center in Hanover County, Virginia. During this visit, Congressman Wittman toured the school's facilities, learned about the school's goals and programs, and spent time with students and teachers in their learning environment.
Newport News, VA – On April 18th, 2022, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) visited Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg. During this visit and tour, Rep. Wittman had the opportunity to see the first 3D printed Habitat for Humanity house in the nation and tour the Williamsburg ReStore.
