WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01), Vice Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Committee and Ranking Member of the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee voted in favor of the House Armed Services Committee advancement of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23).

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) joined his colleagues, Reps. Joe Courtney (CT-02), Mike Gallagher (WI-08), Derek Kilmer (WA-06), Blake Moore (UT-01), Donald Norcross (NJ-01), and Ed Perlmutter (CO-07) in introducing the Australia-U.S. Submarine Officer Pipeline Act.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) applauded the passage of his legislation, the Keep America's Refuges Operational Act, through the Natural Resources Committee. This bipartisan legislation, introduced with Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), will reauthorize the National Wildlife Refuge System volunteer, community partnership, and education programs to ensure public access to public land for exploring, hunting, fishing and studying wildlife.

Tim Walberg (R-MI) introduced legislation to establish a Special Inspector General to oversee the humanitarian, economic, and security assistance funding that the U.S. Congress had provided to Ukraine to ensure the funds are appropriately spent and to prevent and detect waste, fraud, and abuse in such programs and operations.
