WASHINGTON – Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) today applauded House passage of S. 114, legislation authorizing $2 billion in funding for the Veterans Choice Program, which allows certain veterans to seek medical care outside of the VA system.
The bill also included provisions authorizing 28 VA medical facility leases, including two facilities in Virginia - one in Fredericksburg and one in Hampton Roads.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) today joined Anthony G. Brown (MD-04) and Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger (MD-02) to introduce the Cyber VICTIM (Valuing Individual Cybersecurity Through Interagency Measures) Act. The bill directs the President to designate a federal official as the Interagency Cyber Victim Response Coordinator.

Wittman Announces Senior Staff Changes
WASHINGTON -- Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) today announced several changes to the senior staff in his Washington, D.C. office.
Wittman's long-time Chief of Staff, Jamie Miller, started work yesterday at the Pentagon as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for House Affairs. In that role Miller will act as a liaison between the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and key members and committees in the House of Representatives.
