WASHINGTON – This week, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) sent a letter to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Sonny Perdue urging the Department to extend the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), also known as the Summer Meals Program, until January 1, 2021, for eligible school food authorities.
 

WASHINGTON – On Thursday, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01), penned a letter to the Virginia Department of Housing Community Development's Office of Broadband in support of the Mathews, Middlesex, Caroline, and Lancaster Counties' FY 2021 Virginia Telecommunication Initiative (VATI) grant application to expand the availability of high-speed broadband service in those localities.

The GAOA provides $9.5 billion over five years to pay down the National Park Service's maintenance backlog and provides permanent funding at $900 million per year for the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
