WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Wittman, along with 35 other Members of the House of Representatives, sent a letter to the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the Navy, and the Chief of Naval Operations urging the Department of Defense not to reduce attack submarine procurement. Wittman, who serves as a Co-Chair of the Congressional Shipbuilding Caucus and as a member of the House Armed Services Committee, has been a continual advocate for a sustained two a year attack submarine build rate.

Tim Kaine's request for federal assistance for localities in Virginia that received damage from the Nor'easter that occurred from November 11-15, 2009.
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Tonight, Congressman Rob Wittman joined a bipartisan group of lawmakers to vote against H.R. 3962, the current healthcare reform package in the House, which ultimately passed by a vote of 220-215.
