Wittman Statement on Supreme Court's Decision to Overturn Roe v. Wade

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) released the following statement following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade:
"I am 100% pro-life, and as a child of adoption, this topic is very personal to me. I support the decision made today by the Supreme Court to return the issue of abortion back to the states. I also understand that in Congress we must be doing everything we can to advocate for families who choose adoption. I will continue to fight for policies and measures to ensure families who choose life are supported and have the resources and information they need. All life is precious and deserves to be protected, and I am happy that the decision was made today to protect the lives of the unborn."
