Wittman Receives the AMAC American PATRIOT Award

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) received the AMAC American PATRIOT Award from the Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) for his efforts supporting AMAC's 2.4 million members' core values of faith, family, and freedom.

"The Association of Mature American Citizens' mission centers on a vision of enriching the lives of America's seniors and will continue to improve the quality of life for many," said Congressman Wittman. The Association of Mature American Citizens represents Americans 50 plus. AMAC is centered on American values, freedom of the individual, free speech, and exercise of religion, equality of opportunity, sanctity of life, rule of law, and love of family, with benefits at all levels.

Congressman Rob Wittman represents the 1st District of Virginia. He serves on the House Natural Resources Committee and the House Armed Services Committee, where he serves as the ranking member of the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee.
