SURVEY: Should Congress fund the wall?

Friend-

In order to avoid a partial government shutdown, Congress must pass a government funding bill by December 21^st. President Trump has indicated that he will not sign a funding bill unless it funds a southern border wall. That being said, I want to know what you think.
