March 23, 2010: Congressman Wittman Issued the Following Statement After His Successful Job Fair in Stafford on March 22, 2010

"I'd like to take the opportunity to personally thank all the Virginians and vendors for attending the March 22 Job Fair at the University of Mary Washington in Stafford, VA. In this economy it's so important that we bring together both local and regional employers with the people of the First District to start putting folks back to work. The First District is blessed with a talented and educated pool of job seekers, and it showed yesterday. I was pleased with the large public turnout and am grateful to all the attendees for making this Job Fair possible. I'd also like to thank the Virginia State Police, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, and the University of Mary Washington for ensuring a smooth and successful event."
