Congressman Wittman Receives District Excellence Award, Earns A+ Rating
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) today received the District Excellence Award from the Institute for Legislative Analysis (ILA), recognizing his A+ District-Based Grade for his voting record in Congress.
The award recognizes lawmakers whose voting records meet or exceed the limited-government benchmark ILA calculates for the congressional districts they represent.

Lawmakers receive grades ranging from A to F based on how their voting records compare with that district-specific benchmark.
