My team had a great time meeting so many bright students at our Service Academy Day in Richmond last month. I wanted to follow up and inform you that the deadline to apply for a nomination from my office to the U.S. military service academies is quickly approaching. 

You must submit your nomination application materials here by Tuesday, October 31 for the Class of 2028 at West Point, the Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, or Merchant Marine Academy.

As a reminder, here are some important dates to remember:

  • October 31, 2023: Nomination Application Deadline for Congressman Wittman
  • November/December 2023: Interview with Virginia’s 1st District’s Service Academy Advisory Board
  • December 31, 2023: Nomination Decision by Congressman Wittman
